TechMirai AI ("we", "us", "our") operates techmirai-ai.com. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, how we protect it, and the rights you have over it. We comply with Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information (個人情報保護法, APPI).
1.Information we collect
- Information you provide: name, company, email, phone number, industry, and the content of any message you submit through our contact form or by direct email.
- Automatically collected: IP address, browser type, device type, referring URL, pages visited, and timestamps. We use this only to operate, secure, and improve the site.
- Cookies: we use minimal first-party cookies to remember your language preference. We do not use third-party advertising or behavioral tracking cookies.
2.How we use information
- To respond to inquiries and provide the services you requested.
- To send transactional email (e.g. follow-ups to a strategy audit you booked).
- To prevent abuse, fraud, and security incidents.
- To comply with legal obligations under Japanese law.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it to train third-party AI models.
3.Sharing
We share personal information only with:
- Service providers strictly necessary to operate the site and deliver our services (e.g. our email/SMTP provider, our hosting provider). These parties are bound by contractual confidentiality and data-processing terms.
- Authorities when required by law (court order, regulatory request).
For client engagements, customer data we process on behalf of a client (e.g. conversation logs from a deployed AI agent) is held in isolated, client-specific environments and is never commingled with other clients' data.
4.Retention
Inquiry data is retained for up to 24 months, after which it is deleted unless an active business relationship exists. Server access logs are retained for up to 90 days.
5.Security
We use industry-standard safeguards including TLS encryption in transit, encryption at rest for sensitive data, role-based access controls, and audit logging. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to minimize risk.
6.International transfers
TechMirai AI operates from Japan with engineering staff in Bangladesh. Personal data may be processed in either country. Where data is transferred internationally, we apply equivalent safeguards consistent with APPI guidelines.
7.Your rights
Under APPI you have the right to:
- Request access to the personal information we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Request deletion or suspension of use.
- Withdraw consent for optional processing at any time.

8.Children
Our services are not directed to individuals under 16, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
9.Changes
We may update this policy. The "last updated" date below reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated by a notice on this page.

TechMirai AI（以下「当社」）は、techmirai-ai.com を運営しています。本プライバシーポリシーは、当社が取得する個人情報、その利用目的、保護方法、お客様の権利について説明するものです。当社は個人情報の保護に関する法律（個人情報保護法）を遵守します。
1.取得する情報
- お客様からご提供いただく情報：お名前、会社名、メールアドレス、電話番号、業種、お問い合わせフォームまたは直接メールによりご送信いただいたメッセージ内容。
- 自動的に取得する情報：IPアドレス、ブラウザの種類、端末の種類、参照元URL、閲覧ページ、アクセス日時。これらは本サイトの運営、セキュリティ確保、改善のためにのみ利用します。
- クッキー：言語設定を保持するためのファーストパーティクッキーのみを使用しています。第三者の広告または行動追跡クッキーは使用しません。
2.利用目的
- お問い合わせへの回答およびご依頼いただいたサービスの提供

当社はお客様の個人情報を販売することはなく、第三者のAIモデルの学習目的で利用することもありません。
3.第三者提供
当社は、以下の場合に限り個人情報を第三者と共有します：
- サービス運営に必要不可欠な業務委託先（メール／SMTPプロバイダ、ホスティングプロバイダ等）。これらの委託先は、機密保持およびデータ処理に関する契約を遵守する義務を負います。
- 法令に基づく要請（裁判所命令、規制当局からの要請等）。
クライアント案件において、お客様の代理として処理する顧客データ（運用中のAIエージェントの会話ログ等）は、クライアント別に分離された環境で保管され、他のクライアントのデータと混在することはありません。
4.保有期間
お問い合わせ情報は最長24ヶ月間保有し、その後、有効な取引関係がない場合は削除します。サーバーアクセスログは最長90日間保有します。
5.安全管理措置
通信の TLS 暗号化、機密データの保管時暗号化、ロールベースのアクセス制御、監査ログ等、業界標準の安全管理措置を講じています。完全に安全なシステムは存在しませんが、リスクの最小化に努めています。
6.越境移転
当社は日本に拠点を置き、エンジニアリングチームはバングラデシュに所在します。個人データはいずれかの国で処理される場合があります。越境移転にあたっては、個人情報保護法ガイドラインに基づく相当の保護措置を講じます。
7.お客様の権利
個人情報保護法に基づき、お客様には以下の権利があります：
- 当社が保有するご自身の個人情報の開示請求
- 不正確な情報の訂正請求
- 利用停止または削除の請求
- 任意処理に対する同意の撤回

8.未成年者について
当社のサービスは16歳未満の方を対象としておらず、意図的にそのような方の個人情報を取得することはありません。
